As an experienced Enterprise Transformation Lead  you will:

  • Proactively engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Use your personal energy, drive and commitment to create a positive working relationship with shared outcomes and goals.
  • Leverage your excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills to reduce ambiguity and define a clear path forward to success.
  • Taking the initiative, you will resolve issues, create confidence and support programmes of work through to a successful conclusion.
  • Drawing upon your depth of experience in large scale programs of change you will help navigate delivery teams to achieving customer outcomes.
  • Challenge the norm, remove barriers and ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
