Role overview:

The Product and Platform Engineer role gives you the opportunity to configure within the ServiceNow platform within a variety of customers and products. You will be empowered to advice and demo your solutions to our customers. This role also gives you the chance to learn and gain knowledge from our leads and specialists within a project.

As an experienced ServiceNow Engineer you will:

  • Contribute to the overall development cycle to deliver value and successful outcomes to our customers.
  • Be empowered to lead aspects (e.g., demos/training/solutions) of the overall development to deliver value and successful outcomes to our customers.
  • Support ways of working to ensure the execution of the development is delivered in a fun, positive and energetic way.
  • Have an awareness of the impact of the solutions you are providing to other areas of the platform.
  • Challenge the norm, transform ways of working and stimulate new ways of thinking and ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
  • Contribute to the project and programme to help enable a successful business outcomes that put the ‘yay in every working day’.
  • Contribute to ways of working to ensure your contribution to the team is delivered in fun, positive and energetic way.
  • Be able to shape & own your own development plan to make exciting things happen, by utilising the personal development coaches within whyaye.

Desired experience & skills:

  • 1 years minimum ServiceNow experience.
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator
  • Additional certificates in ITSM, CMDB, HR or GRC would be useful
  • It would also be useful if you have ServiceNow experience across multiple projects.
  • Evidence of ability to manage different types/groups of stakeholders to build commitment and understanding.
  • Demonstrable evidence of delivering real and sustainable business outcomes.
  • It would be great if you had multi-sector experience (Financial Services, Telco, Retail, FMCG, Services) but not a prerequisite!

  • Our clients are UK based, so you’ll need to be flexible to travel as and when the work requires.
